Position- Retail Merchandiser

Duke Fashions India Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to manage product assortment, stock levels, and visual presentation across our retail network.

Location – Ludhiana, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute product assortment, allocation, and replenishment across retail stores
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels & sell-through to optimize inventory
• Support visual merchandising guidelines to ensure brand consistency in stores
• Analyze market trends & customer preferences to guide product planning
• Coordinate with design, production & retail operations teams for smooth execution of line plans
• Assist in seasonal planning, promotions & markdown strategies
• Prepare regular sales & merchandising reports for management

Candidate Profile:

✔ Graduate / Postgraduate (Fashion, Textiles, Retail, or Management preferred)
✔ 3–6 years of experience in retail merchandising (fashion/apparel industry)
✔ Strong analytical & numerical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
✔ Good understanding of product, consumer trends & retail dynamics
✔ Excellent communication & cross-functional coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
