Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing product assortment, stock levels, and visual presentation in Duke Fashions India Ltd."s retail network located in Ludhiana, Punjab. Your role will involve planning and executing product assortment, allocation, and replenishment, monitoring sales performance, stock levels, and sell-through, supporting visual merchandising guidelines, analyzing market trends and customer preferences, coordinating with various teams for smooth execution of line plans, and preparing sales and merchandising reports for management. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute product assortment, allocation, and replenishment across retail stores - Monitor sales performance, stock levels & sell-through to optimize inventory - Support visual merchandising guidelines to ensure brand consistency in stores - Analyze market trends & customer preferences to guide product planning - Coordinate with design, production & retail operations teams for smooth execution of line plans - Assist in seasonal planning, promotions & markdown strategies - Prepare regular sales & merchandising reports for management Qualification Required: - Graduation or Post-graduation in Fashion, Textiles, Retail, or Management preferred - 3-6 years of experience in retail merchandising within the fashion/apparel industry - Strong analytical & numerical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools - Good understanding of product, consumer trends & retail dynamics - Excellent communication & cross-functional coordination skills Company Additional Details (if present): The job is full-time and requires in-person work at the Ludhiana, Punjab location.
