Job Description

As the Retail Showroom Manager at Alankaram, your role will involve driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at the Hyderabad showroom. With your strong sales acumen and leadership skills, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the showroom's brand reputation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue. - Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with architects, designers, and builders. - Oversee customer interactions and ensure high conversion rates from showroom visits to sales. - Lead and support the sales team in preparing customized quotes, follow-ups, and closing deals. - Track and analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies. - Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and showroom visits to attract potential clients. - Ensure all customers have a premium shopping experience aligned with Alankaram's brand values. - Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and provide design consultations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-centric campaigns promoting unique offerings. - Oversee daily showroom operations, including inventory management, product displays, cleanliness, and maintenance. - Maintain optimal stock levels, track product availability, and manage incoming and outgoing inventory accurately. - Stay updated on new arrivals and trends to guide customers effectively. - Lead, mentor, and manage showroom staff, setting clear performance goals and fostering a positive work culture. - Provide training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. - Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, coaching, and support to meet objectives. - Work closely with marketing, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure effective representation of products. - Maintain communication with headquarters to report on showroom performance, challenges, and customer feedback. - Coordinate with operations team to address logistical or product-related issues promptly. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luxury furniture segment. - Use market insights to make data-driven recommendations for sales strategies and customer engagement. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred). - 10+ years of experience in sales and showroom/store management, preferably in luxury furniture or home decor. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and inventory management systems. - Keen eye for design and passion for luxury furniture and interiors.,
