Job Title: Executive/ Senior Executive- Leasing

Location: Noida

Salary: up to 45,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–5 years (real estate leasing preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, and facilitating lease agreements for commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective tenants (B2B & B2C) for commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits and property tours with potential clients.
• Negotiate lease terms and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for lease agreements.
• Report on leasing activity, leads, and conversions to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of leasing experience in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with real estate laws and leasing documentation.
