Job Description

Leasing strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract tenants and fill available commercial spaces.
Tenant acquisition: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential and existing retail tenants.
Negotiation: Handle all lease negotiations, including terms, conditions, and renewals.
Leasing operations: Manage site visits, lease documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Market analysis: Stay updated on market trends, perform competitive analysis, and report on leasing performance.
Financial management: Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payments.
Tenant relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
