Job Title: General Manager – Retail (Supermarket Division)

Location: Nagercoil

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Retail to oversee the overall operations and performance of our supermarket division. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing supermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple supermarket outlets.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure smooth inventory management, vendor coordination, and stock control.
• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve business goals.
• Implement effective marketing and merchandising strategies.
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Supermarket / Retail Operations (Mandatory)
• Proven leadership & team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multi-store operations and drive performance.
