Responsibilities -
1. Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets as assigned.
2. Coordinate with WCD officers to obtain new customer lists and provide post-calling feedback.
3. Interact with customers/beneficiaries for loan processing
4. Coordinate with training institutes and assist in issuing licenses to customers
5. Onboard and tie up with at least two new local financiers/banks every month
6. Coordinate with dealerships to obtain vehicle PDIs and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
7. Maintain proper documentation, MIS reporting, and regular status updates to management.
Skills -
1. Strong communication and coordination skills
2. Knowledge of loan processing and documentation
3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customers, banks, dealers, government officials)
4. Target-oriented and result-driven approach
5. Basic understanding of vehicle financing and collections
Preferred Experience -
1. Experience in NBFC/Banking/Vehicle Finance/Microfinance
2. Familiarity with government-linked schemes or women empowerment projects is an added advantage
