About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales and Marketing to manage and grow sales in our retail outlets. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, and have prior experience in store operations, inventory management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

2. Handle inventory management and ensure product availability.

3. Execute and manage sales campaigns to attract and retain customers.

4. Drive sales growth and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

5. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.

6. Provide insights on customer preferences and local market trends.

7. Manage multiple retail stores remotely from HQ after initial training across outlets, with periodic visits as required.

Requirements

1. 2–3 years of experience in retail sales/store ops

2. knowledge of inventory handling and store management.

3. Experience in running promotional campaigns and achieving sales growth.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

What We Offer

CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
