Retail Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Sales Assistant for our retail store cum clinic. Your main objective will be to deliver top-notch customer service and drive store growth and revenue through maximizing sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, meeting store sales targets, maintaining exceptional store and visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, handling point-of-sale processes, staying updated on product information to effectively communicate with customers, contacting previous customers to schedule appointments for Doctor consultations, and managing cash transactions including daily deposits to the bank. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in retail sales, possess a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, demonstrate good communication skills, be a quick learner, have basic store administration skills, prior experience in cash handling, and be willing to work in various locations across Kolkata and Howrah. In return, we offer a gross salary of up to 15K plus incentives and mediclaim benefits.
