As a Sales Manager related to Real Estate at Fortune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, managing point-of-sale processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, staying updated on products and market trends, and upholding store condition and visual merchandising standards. You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement best practices and programs related to employee relations. You will be required to analyze employee feedback, lead continuous improvement projects, and manage a small team of 1-5 individuals. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the Real Estate industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams, are essential. A collaborative approach with multiple stakeholders and a team-player mentality are qualities that will contribute to success in this role.
