Job Summary: Call me on 999055II7I We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Restaurant Supervisor who will oversee daily restaurant operations and also perform waiter duties when needed. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:Supervisory Duties: Supervise restaurant floor operations and staff during shifts. Ensure all customers receive prompt and high-quality service. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally. Assist with scheduling and shift management. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service. Train and guide junior staff on service standards and protocols. Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as required. Waiter Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests courteously. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks as per service standards. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service. Present bills and handle payments efficiently. Upsell menu items and promote specials when possible. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with customers. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Basic understanding of restaurant POS systems. Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts.
