Restuarant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to Pizza Hut standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Achieve sales targets, control costs, and ensure profitability through efficient operations.
• Maintain highest levels of hygiene, food safety, and quality as per company and statutory guidelines.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively.
• Manage inventory, cash, and manpower planning efficiently.
• Monitor store performance metrics (sales, cost, productivity) and implement improvement plans.
• Support marketing and local store promotion activities to drive customer footfall and delivery growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in managing a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Casual Dining outlet.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sound understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and operational excellence.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for food and service.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
