Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor at the fine dining Italian restaurant located in Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad, your role involves supervising and coordinating the front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Your key responsibilities include: - Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations such as seating, service flow, reservations, and guest interactions. - Monitoring and upholding service standards to provide guests with warm, prompt, and professional service consistent with the Jamie Oliver brand ethos. - Assisting in supervising staff by briefing the team at shift start, ensuring clear roles, checking grooming and performance. - Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the floor, as well as the readiness and maintenance of equipment, tableware, and service areas. - Resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary. - Supporting the training of new staff and providing ongoing coaching to maintain high service standards. - Monitoring inventory of front-of-house supplies and coordinating with the kitchen for smooth operations. - Collaborating with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to coordinate service timing, special events, menu changes, and promotions. - Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, assisting in audits, inspections, and corrective actions. - Assisting in shift-planning and scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak service periods. - Maintaining accurate records including service checklists, guest feedback, and incident reports. - Contributing to achieving business targets such as revenue, guest satisfaction, cost control, and waste minimization. - Assisting with opening and closing duties of the outlet as required, including setup, closing checks, and handover. The CTC for this role is 26K along with service charge and accommodation.,
