Restaurant Supervisor

We are a new seafood restaurant in the vibrant Fontainhas district of Panaji, blending Goan and Portuguese culinary traditions. Our restaurant focuses on delivering an unforgettable dining experience with fresh, locally sourced seafood, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a server or waitress in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
