Location: Miracle Hotel & Resorts, Kunnamangalam, Calicut
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Experience)

Position: Restaurant Supervisor
We are urgently looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Miracle Hotel & Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage staff schedules, coordinate with kitchen & service teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Handle restaurant billing and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Have hands-on knowledge of basic juice making and mojito preparation.
• Assist in stock management and daily reporting.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Male candidates only.
• Prior experience in restaurant supervision is an advantage.
• Knowledge of juice and mojito preparation is mandatory.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
