Restaurant Supervisor

As a proactive and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor for our South Indian QSR outlet, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your deep understanding of South Indian cuisine and culture, along with experience in team leadership, will be vital in achieving success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Operations & Service** - Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations effectively. - Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations for food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. - Monitor food presentation and portion control, especially for traditional items like dosa, idli, vada, etc. - **Team Management** - Lead, train, and motivate service crew, kitchen staff, and cleaners. - Schedule staff shifts, conduct daily briefings, and align the team with service goals. - Handle staff grievances, discipline, and provide on-the-job coaching. - **Customer Experience** - Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. - Encourage friendly and culturally sensitive customer interactions. - Proactively engage with guests to promote upselling opportunities. - **Inventory & Cost Control** - Monitor stock levels, prevent wastage, and adhere to portioning standards. - Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and returns. - **Reporting & Compliance** - Report daily sales, customer feedback, and staff performance to management. - Conduct routine audits on hygiene, stock, and cash handling. - Ensure proper adherence to POS systems, billing, and order-taking procedures. **Key Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory role within a QSR or South Indian restaurant. - **Education:** Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred. - **Skills:** - Strong leadership and people skills. - Excellent communication in English and Kannada, additional South Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam are a bonus. - Basic computer literacy (POS, Excel). - Understanding of F&B hygiene standards and QSR service models. **Personality:** - Calm under pressure. - Customer-oriented. - Efficient and well-organized.,
