Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction and Relationship Management:

• Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage guests effectively.
• Build a personal connection with guests by understanding their preferences and providing a memorable experience.
• Foster long-term relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

• Crowd Engagement and Attraction:

• Understand the locality and guest profiles to craft tailored marketing strategies.
• Develop initiatives to attract and retain guests, ensuring SWIG remains the go-to venue in SB Road.

• Event and Gig Promotion:

• Promote ongoing gigs, events, and activities to drive footfall.
• Collaborate with artists, DJs, and influencers to enhance event visibility.

• Social Media Management:

• Manage social media pages, including daily posts, stories, and announcements.
• Create and share content that reflects the venue’s vibe, including updates on gigs, promotions, and special events.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategies to grow the online community.

• Local Market Insight:

• Leverage insights about the local area, demographics, and market trends to create targeted campaigns.
• Adapt marketing efforts to resonate with the interests and preferences of SWIG’s diverse clientele.

• Brand Representation:

• Represent the brand at events and act as the face of the brand, maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor.
• Ensure all guest interactions align with the brand's vision and values.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in PR, marketing, or hospitality (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing brand pages.
• Familiarity with Pune’s nightlife and restaurant scene is a plus.
