Key Responsibilities: Drink Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Customer Service: Provide excellent service, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or concerns professionally. Stock Management: Assist in the inventory management of liquor, garnishes, and other bar supplies. Ensure the bar is stocked and organized at all times. Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring that glasses, utensils, and bar tools are properly cleaned and sanitized. Order Processing: Take orders from customers and input them into the POS system for processing, ensuring accuracy in drinks served. Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all drinks are served responsibly and comply with legal drinking age regulations and company policies. Learning and Development: Continuously improve bartending skills and knowledge of new drink trends and techniques. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Skills & Qualifications: Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn. 1-3 years of relevant experience. But freshers are also welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills.
