Restaurant Operations Supervisor: Resort

The Restaurant Operations Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient workflows, and compliance with company standards. This role supports the management team by supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising restaurant staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reports
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); hospitality-related education preferred
• Minimum of 4-5 years of restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
