Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Operations Management -

* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

* Monitor food quality, presentation, and service consistency.

* Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.

* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Staff Management -

* Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

* Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

* Implement training programs to enhance service quality and team productivity.

* Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Customer Service -

* Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

* Troubleshoot issues quickly to ensure a positive dining experience.

* Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits.

Compliance & Standards -

* Ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications remain up to date.

* Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

* Enforce proper food handling and workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications -

* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and hospitality best practices.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic financial reporting.

* Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills -

* Hospitality or business management degree (optional but beneficial).

* Experience with staff training and development.

* Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
