Role Description This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Chennai at Ratna Cafe. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service, managing hiring processes, effective communication, and optimizing food & beverage operations. The Manager shall be responsible for the complete operations of the designated outlet.
