Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hotel Manager for our upcoming 4650 sq. ft. premium star hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel operations and the ability to lead a team in delivering excellent customer experiences.

You must be capable of managing a multi-cuisine setup (Continental, Arabic, Nadan, North Indian, Spanish, Italian, Mexican), with a focus on quality, hygiene, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations
• Manage food & beverage services across multiple cuisines
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Supervise staff performance, training, and development
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality control
• Handle inventory, cost control, and vendor relations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and chefs for smooth service
• Maintain high hospitality standards and handle guest concerns
• Drive business growth through efficient operations and marketing support

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/restaurant management
• Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in English and local language preferred
• Well-versed in hospitality software and front office procedures
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
