Restaurant Manager

You will be responsible for efficiently running the F&B department in line with brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. As the Restaurant Manager, your primary role is to manage the Department as an efficient and productive cost center by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include leading both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, handling team conflicts, streamlining operations, and hiring and onboarding new employees at assigned levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction, managing inventory and finances, as well as enforcing safety protocols. Desired Skills: - Ability to resolve conflicts calmly - Experience working with a bookkeeper - Strong leadership and customer service skills - Previous hiring experience - Front-of-house experience is a plus - Negotiating contracts with vendors - Ability to work well under pressure - Excellent communication skills - Ability to present innovative ideas to company management This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
