Restaurant Manager / Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-friendly individual to handle restaurant operations and front desk activities. The role involves managing guests, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage table reservations or front desk check-ins.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely.
• Supervise staff and ensure proper service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across restaurant areas.
• Manage daily sales entries, billing, and cash collection.
• Monitor inventory and inform management about requirements.
• Assist in marketing, promotions, and event activities.
• Ensure a pleasant dining or guest experience at all times.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly and professional attitude towards guests.
• Basic understanding of restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Team leadership and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (for billing/reservations).

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome; experience in hotel/restaurant/hospitality line is an advantage.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
