Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant hospitality, quality control, and staff supervision, and should be adaptable to working with multiple cuisines if needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning Manage and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Monitor inventory and vendor coordination Train, motivate, and evaluate team members Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations Contribute to menu planning and operational improvements Requirements: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role Strong understanding of restaurant hospitality and quality control Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Flexibility to work with various cuisines beyond South Indian Familiarity with KIOSK, POS systems and basic reporting
