Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end daily restaurant operations as per brand standards.
Drive sales and profitability by achieving revenue targets.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met.
Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage.
Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff for efficient operations.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest complaints effectively.
Monitor expenses, control costs, and submit performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Preferred Profile:

Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
36 years of experience in QSR / F&B operations with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of QSR operations, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
