Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our cafe, ensuring exceptional guest experience, smooth daily operations, and strong team management while staying true to Greenr’s philosophy of community and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• .Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized service.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement improvements.
• Maintain Greenr’s standards of hospitality, from greeting to order-taking to final check-out.
• Oversee daily cafe operations including service, housekeeping, hygiene, and opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently across all the departments.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the Front of House team.
• Conduct regular training in service, menu knowledge, upselling, and guest handling.
• Manage daily roaster planning and attendance.
• Monitor daily sales, KPT, and online order timings.
• Share daily/weekly reports on sales, team performance, and operational challenges with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

• 5 - 8 years of restaurant/cafe management experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Hands-on manager who leads by example.
• Passion for food, sustainability, and hospitality.
• Comfortable with both guest-facing service and backend operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
