Restaurant Manager

Staff and operations

• Manage staff: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Performance: Appraise employee performance and provide feedback or discipline as needed.
• Scheduling: Create staff rotas and manage employee hours and payroll.
• Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Safety: Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Financial and administrative

• Manage finances: Track expenses, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Inventory: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage relationships with vendors.
• Reporting: Create reports on revenue, expenses, and other financial data.
• Administration: Handle administrative tasks like payroll and ordering.

Customer and quality

• Customer service: Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints or inquiries effectively.
• Quality control: Monitor and maintain food and service quality.
• Marketing: Implement marketing strategies and promote the restaurant.

Other responsibilities

• Menu planning: Work with chefs on menu planning.
• Problem-solving: Handle equipment repairs and other emergencies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all licensing and liquor regulations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
