Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experience, efficient service delivery, staff management, and achievement of revenue and quality targets in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service excellence
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve budgeted targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and performance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field
  • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Guest-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cost controls
