Roles and Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the restaurant, and show them their table.
Ensure seamless check-in process by handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing reservations and taking phone calls.
Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

0 -2 year of experience in hospitality industry or related field (restaurant management).
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Proficiency in English language required; knowledge of local language an added advantage.

Salary
