Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager in Dehradun. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage P&L, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include budgeting, hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure seamless operations and an excellent guest experience. Qualifications Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Proven ability in Hiring and Training staff Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage Show more Show less
