Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations: dining, kitchen, service
  • Train and manage staff to meet service and sales targets
  • Monitor food quality, guest satisfaction, hygiene, and safety
  • Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control
  • Manage P&L, reports, SOPs, and customer feedback
  • Drive local marketing initiatives and event promotions

Duties:

  • Schedule shifts, monitor payroll and team performance
  • Supervise stock, billing, wastage, and restaurant ambiance
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new staff
  • Ensure licenses and compliance are up to date
