Job Description

Greets guests, assists with seating, handles complaints, and ensures guest satisfaction. Supervises, trains, and motivates servers and other front-of-house staff. Manages reservations, coordinates with the kitchen, monitors dining room operations, and ensures smooth service flow. Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, and provides leadership and direction to the staff. Promotes menu items and special promotions to maximize revenue. Possesses thorough knowledge of the menu and can make recommendations to guests. Understanding of menu items, wine pairings, and food preparation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
