Job Description: 1. Bring in new high networth individual and corporate donors through active engagement 2. Prepare proposals based on the program design and organisational requirements for corporates and foundations. 3. Come up with new and long term strategies for fundraising for different programs in education. 3. Explore new avenues and platforms for fundraising including social media 4. Increase the visibility of the organisation through networking. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile 1. Having at least 5-6 years of experience in Corporate and individual fundraising with NGOs. 2. Have prior experience in working with Corporates and Foundations with respect to fundraising and donor relations 3.Should be very well conversant with CSR policies and Government compliances 4. Extremely proficient with powerpoint and to some extent excel. 5. Should be proactive and extremely good at networking 6. Knowledge of Tamil is prefered.
