Job Description: Resort Manager Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee our 24-room resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and operations. Key Responsibilities - Manage front office, housekeeping, and F&B operations - Lead and motivate a team of staff - Ensure high-quality guest service and resolve issues - Maintain resort facilities and amenities - Drive revenue growth and occupancy - Implement resort policies and procedures Requirements - Hospitality experience, preferably in resort management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and problem-solve
