Role Overview: As the Resort Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay. This role requires a combination of administrative skills, people management abilities, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure smooth functioning. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction. - Manage and motivate resort staff to deliver high levels of customer service. - Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Communicate professionally with guests and owners. - Address guest complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience. - Supervise property maintenance and ensure all facilities are well-maintained. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in resort management. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
