Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Team Leader - Real Estate Sales, located in Noida. The Residential Team Leader will oversee daily operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, coordinating site visits, and negotiating deals. The role also involves mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Brokerage

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
