Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Residential Team Leader for Real Estate Sales at SYS Infra located in Noida. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
