Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Manager for Residential Sales, you will be responsible for managing residential business initiatives in local markets, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective business strategies and engaging in business development activities to drive growth and expand market presence. Additionally, you will be representing the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth. - Manage P&L, nurture key accounts, and proactively deliver solutions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business strategies aligned with company goals. - Proactively engage in business development to identify potential opportunities and gather business requirements. - Assist in creating compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex concepts to clients. - Present solutions to clients in a persuasive and engaging manner. - Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for business growth and innovation. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in managing residential sales roles in the real estate industry using a B2C model. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels. - Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and client visits. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.,
