Preparation of technical specifications and data sheets for various electrical equipment like transformers, DG set, HT/LT switch gear, cables, bus-ducts, UPS, battery chargers, DB, lighting fixtures & ELV components etc. Preparation of electrical work tender specifications for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment Calculation of equipment size for transformers, generators, HV/LV cables, UPS with batteries etc. Operating knowledge on AutoCAD, Revit, MS excel and software Good design exposure for residential (high-rise) and commercial projects

Responsibilities We are looking for sincere architects who can translate ideas into built forms. This will involve design development, making working drawings, visiting sites, corresponding with various agencies, consultants and clients and coordinating the site till final handover. Desired profile of the candidate We are looking for motivated architect team members strong in designing who will grow with us. Designers must be computer proficient in AutoCad with excellent English communication and organizational skills. • Design residential, commercial & education / university buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations. • Make plans, elevations for the projects.
