Position Details: - Role: Head of Design - Experience: 12-15 years - Qualifications: B.Arch (Mandatory) - Location: South Delhi (with occasional travel to sites in Uttarakhand and Goa) - Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off) - Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM - Commitment: 2 Years What We Need From You: - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory, rendering software knowledge is a plus. - Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a Project Architect, Associate, or Principal Designer. - Luxury Project Background: Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects is essential. - Creative Brilliance: Ability to think conceptually and create innovative, high-end designs. - Detail-Oriented: Exceptional understanding of working drawings and technical intricacies. - Client-Centric: Experience working with discerning, affluent clientele and exceeding expectations. - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively. - Work Ethic: High integrity and a strong work ethic are essential.
