Residential Architect - Interior Designer

The Architect / Interior Designer should have 8+ years of experience in designing innovative and functional architecture & interiors for – Luxury residences, Boutique Hotels & Restaurants. They will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with clients, and overseeing all aspects of architecture & interior design from concept to completion

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Luxury / Ultra Luxury architecture & interior projects from conceptualization to execution.

• Develop innovative and functional design solutions that align with client requirements and brand identity.

• Prepare space planning, layouts, and detailed design documentation.

• Oversee material selection, finishes, and furniture planning.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and team members.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies in interior design.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate degree from a recognized institution.

• For Architect: 8+ years of experience with B.Arch degree, with a focus on HNI Clients.

• For Interior Designer: 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on HNI Clients.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.

• Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in coordinating with clients, and consultants.
