Resident Sales Engineer

Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in sale of machine tools, cutting tools, oil etc. in automobile industry. Hands on experience or knowledge on Gear mfg. processes like Hard turning, ID - OD Grinding, Bore Honing etc. will be an added advantage.

Lead Generation - Assist the Manager to visit various customers. - to generate inquiries by calling, email, visits etc. - Conversion of enquires to order - Attend exhibitors after approval from reporting Manager Work on Enquiry - Maintain inquiry register - Work on enquiries received from colleagues, customers, website, phone calls etc. - Discussion with customer or internal concerns if any query. Co-ordination with Principal and Customer for Quotation - Sending detail inquiry to principal and followup to get the quotation. - Sending quotation to customers - Follow up with customer for purchase orders. - Checking of received order for item description, price and delivery terms, in line with post check list. - Sending Orders to Principal, following for order confirmation, despatch untill delivery to customer. - Followup to customer for payments according to payment terms. Co-ordination with customer regarding order - Feedback form - Maintain complaint register and communicate with Manager Walik-in customer handling - Customer visit at our place handling - Shop visit - Competitor's information collection and update SWOT on NEPL - Documentation, records and report generation. Responsibilities - Enquiry generation - Correspondence with customer and principal. - Internal communicaiton between concern departments. - Documentation and records as per ISO, like enquiry check list, post check list, KPI, visit reports etc. - Collection of feedback from from the customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
