Reservations Specialist

You will be joining Moksha Stays, a prestigious collection of luxury boutique properties offering a wide range of accommodations. Each property is meticulously designed to provide guests with the highest level of luxury, including exceptional facilities, gourmet dining options, and unforgettable experiences. As a Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily reservations and inquiries, ensuring a seamless booking process for our valued guests. Your role will also involve addressing customer service queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue and maximizing occupancy rates. In addition to your primary duties, you will be tasked with training and mentoring new staff members on reservation procedures and customer service standards. Your strong communication skills, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service, will be essential in this aspect of the role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong sales acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic reservation management. Prior experience in reservations or a related field would be advantageous, as would proficiency in reservation management software. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
