Job Description You will be joining Blanket Hotel & Spa, a premier luxury resort and hotel in Munnar, known for its exceptional hospitality and stunning natural surroundings. As a Reservations Manager based in Kochi, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the reservations process. This includes managing reservations, handling guest inquiries efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales activities to maximize revenue and training staff members in reservation procedures and customer service best practices.
