Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician/Associate at Blanket Hotel & Spa in Munnar. The Maintenance Technician/Associate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance tasks, including performing preventive and routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting necessary repairs. The role involves maintaining the hotel's standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetics to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.

Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Hotel / Resort Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of various systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred
