Reservations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle reservation calls, emails, and messages from guests, travel agents, and online portals.

Enter, update, and manage bookings accurately using our reservation software (Ezee).

Coordinate with property managers at Willmount Cabin Homes (Munnar) and Geodesic Domes (Vagamon) for availability and booking confirmations.

Ensure all bookings are documented with clear payment status, guest details, and special requests.

Process cancellations and amendments and communicate refund or rescheduling policies to guests.

Maintain proper records of all reservations, OTA bookings, and direct inquiries.

Ensure daily occupancy reports, booking trends, and reservation data are shared with the management team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel platforms.

Assist in resolving guest booking issues and escalate cases when required.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to track the effectiveness of promotions and special offers.
