Reservations Agent

Role Overview: As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all hotel facilities/services, room layouts, rates, and special arrangements. Your main focus will be on providing excellent customer service to tour operators, travel agencies, and hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer services to local tour operators and travel agencies in a friendly and expedient manner. - Communicate effectively with all guests and colleagues. - Report, monitor, and follow up on all guest satisfaction issues raised to the reservations team in a timely manner. - Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by fulfilling guest requests, meeting expectations, and honoring reservations. - Assist with additional guest services such as transportation, visa requests, restaurant reservations, and tours. - Offer alternative dates, waitlists, or sister hotels to guests in overbooked situations. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of all hotel facilities/services, hours of operation, and room details. - Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Customer service experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.,
