Key Responsibilities: Processing Reservations: Taking and recording reservations via phone, email, or online platforms. Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries, explaining policies, and addressing any issues related to reservations. Room Availability: Verifying the availability of room types and rates and ensuring accurate booking information. Sales and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or sell additional services, contributing to revenue generation. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and guest information. Managing Cancellations and Modifications: Handling changes, cancellations, and adjustments to existing reservations. Adhering to Procedures: Following established reservation policies and procedures. Collaboration: Working with other departments to coordinate room allocations and special requests. Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that may arise during the reservation process. Monitoring Trends: Observing reservation trends and helping implement pricing strategies.
