Customer Service: Resolving customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Reservation Management: Handling incoming requests, confirming bookings, and managing cancellations and modifications. Staff Supervision: Supervising and training reservations staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service. Pricing and Revenue: Implementing pricing strategies, analyzing reservation trends, and generating reports to optimize revenue. System Management: Ensuring reservation systems are functioning correctly and up-to-date, and implementing best practices for profitability and occupancy. Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure room allocations and special requests are managed efficiently. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on reservation statistics, performance, and revenue, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Training: Providing training and development for the reservations team, including SOP's. Quality Assurance: Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards through employee responsibility, and conducting staff evaluations. Staff Motivation and Retention: Developing staff motivation, conducting staff evaluations, and working on staff retention and satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
